How long does delivery take?
Pieces in stock ship within 24–48 hours of your order. Once the parcel leaves us, delivery takes 3–5 business days in Italy by tracked express courier. Europe takes 5–8 days; the rest of the world (USA, UK, Japan, Australia…) 7–15 days depending on the destination.
How do I know I'm buying a one-of-a-kind piece and not a mass-produced copy?
Every piece comes with a numbered certificate of authenticity, signed by the Maestro and bearing the mark of Bottega Capuano (established 1840). It lists the Maestro's name, the year, the technique, and the materials. Engraved under the base is the piece's progressive number. It's your guarantee that you own a one-of-a-kind piece, not a cast or a print.

– Sardinia: €12.90, free over €99
– European Union, Zone 1 (Austria, Germany): €9.90, free over €149
– European Union, Zone 2 (France, Spain, Portugal, Belgium, Netherlands, Poland…): €12.90, free over €149
– European Union, Zone 3 (rest of the EU): €18.90, free over €149
– Switzerland, UK, Norway: €39.90, duties and VAT included
– Rest of the world (USA, Canada, Japan, Australia…): €99.90
For Switzerland, the UK, and Norway, duties and VAT are already included: nothing to pay on delivery. For the rest of the world, any duties, local VAT, or import taxes are the recipient's responsibility, according to the rules of the destination country.

Are the colors exactly as shown in the photos?
Every piece is hand-painted: small differences in tone and shading are unavoidable, and they are the signature of something truly made by hand. The photos faithfully show the style and level of detail, but your piece will have a character of its own. That is exactly what makes it unique.
Can I return an item?
Yes. You have 14 days from delivery to return your order, no reason needed. The piece must come back undamaged and in its original packaging.
Return shipping is at the buyer's expense.

Credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Klarna with interest-free payments in 3 installments. All payments are protected by certified encryption.
