Can I personalize any piece in the collection?
Yes. We can personalize a piece already in our catalog (initials, a date, a line of text, a logo) or create an object entirely to order, starting from just an idea or a photo. If you have something in mind that you can't find in our shop, we'll create it from scratch.
How much does it cost to personalize a piece?
There's no fixed surcharge, because every project is different. The cost depends on five factors: complexity of the work, size, level of personalization, quantity, and the delivery time requested. To give you a concrete reference point, you'll find the prices of personalized cornicelli below. For everything else, we prepare a custom quote, no obligation.
Can I have a figurine made from a photo of someone?
Yes, it's one of the projects we love most. We make custom figurines from photos, starting at 30/35 cm, with prices from 800 €. To do our best work, we need four photos of the subject: one front view, both side profiles, and one full-body shot. Production takes 4–6 weeks.
How long does it take?
It depends on the type of work. Simple personalizations take about 7–10 business days. One-of-a-kind pieces and commissioned projects take about 6–8 weeks (30–40 business days). During peak season (November, December, and January), timelines may be longer, since every piece still passes through our hands.

Do I get to see how it'll look before you make it?
Yes. For made-to-order pieces, we prepare a draft or preliminary proposal for you to approve before production. We refine it together until you're happy with it — we only start production once you give the go-ahead.
Do you personalize for businesses too?
Yes. We make cornicelli and other pieces bearing your logo, to give to clients and partners or to hand out as corporate awards. A handmade gift that speaks of care and identity. Tell us what you need and we'll put together a proposal.
What about weddings, graduations, or events?
Yes. We make bomboniere, place-card holders, and celebratory pieces, hand-sculpted and hand-painted, personalized with names, dates, and quantities. For event quantities, write to us well in advance so we can work within your timeline.
