2. Order processing time
Orders are prepared and handed over to the courier within 1–2 business days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays).
Processing times may increase for customized products, during holidays, promotions, periods of high demand, or unforeseen events.
Every order is packed with care, using materials suited to protect it during transit.
3. Order tracking
The customer will receive a tracking code or link by email to follow the shipment.
4. Delivery times
Delivery times begin when the order is handed over to the courier and are added to the processing time.
Estimated delivery times are:
– Italy and Islands: 3–5 business days
– European Union: 3–6 business days
– Non-EU Europe: 4–10 business days
– Rest of the world: 7–15 business days
Times may vary due to the courier, customs procedures, strikes, weather conditions, force majeure, or other events beyond Bottega Capuano's control.

– Islands (Sardinia): from € 9.90 · free from € 99.00
– European Union: from € 12.90 (the rate varies by destination country) · free from € 199.00
– Non-EU Europe (Switzerland, Norway, United Kingdom): from € 39.90 (the rate varies by destination country)
– Rest of the world: from € 99.90
Different rates may apply to minor islands, special territories, remote areas, or destinations subject to specific surcharges.
The exact shipping cost and any conditions for free shipping are shown at checkout before the order is confirmed.
Any promotions will be indicated on the site together with their applicable conditions.
Bottega Capuano may change shipping rates for future orders.
6. Duties and taxes
For shipments to countries outside the European Union, any duties, local taxes, and import charges are borne by the recipient, unless otherwise indicated during purchase.
In the event of non-payment or unjustified refusal of delivery, the customer may be charged any storage or return costs actually incurred and documented.
7. Address and delivery
The customer is responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the details entered when placing the order.
Any additional costs caused by an incorrect address, the recipient's absence, or unjustified refusal of delivery may be charged to the customer, provided they are actually incurred and documented.
No additional cost will be charged if the problem is attributable to Bottega Capuano or the appointed courier.
8. Damaged products
Upon delivery, the customer is advised to check that the packaging is intact and that the number of parcels received is correct.
If there is visible damage, we recommend accepting the parcel with a specific reservation, noting the issue found.
Any damage must be reported as soon as possible via WhatsApp at +39 081 1889 2723 or by email at info@bottegacapuano.it, stating the order number and attaching photographs of the parcel and the damaged product.
Failure to report the issue to the courier immediately does not automatically result in the loss of the rights provided by law.
9. Local delivery
Local delivery is available for addresses located within 3 km of the workshop at Vico Santa Luciella, 13 – Naples.
The minimum order amount is € 20.00.
Service cost € 6.00; free for orders over € 100.00.
Delivery is carried out within 24–48 business hours (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays).
Service availability is checked automatically at checkout based on the address entered.
If needed, our staff will contact the customer by phone or WhatsApp to arrange delivery.
10. In-store pickup
At checkout, you can choose free pickup at:

The customer will receive an email confirming that the order is ready for pickup. From that moment, it can be collected during the workshop's opening hours.
