How long does delivery take?
Orders are prepared within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation.
Estimated delivery times:
– Italy: 2–4 business days
– European Union: 3–5 business days
– Non-EU countries and rest of world: 7–12 business days
How much does shipping cost?
– Italy: € 8,90 — free on orders over € 59
– Sardinia: € 12,90 — free on orders over € 99
– European Union: from € 9,90 — free on orders over € 149
– Islands and special territories (Balearics, Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla, Azores, Madeira): € 49,90
– Switzerland, Norway and United Kingdom: € 39,90, duties and VAT included
– Rest of world: € 99,90
For shipments outside the European Union (except Switzerland, Norway and the United Kingdom), any customs duties, local taxes and import charges are the recipient's responsibility.

Are your products handmade?
Every piece is handcrafted and hand-painted in our workshop in Naples. That's why each one is unique and may differ slightly from the photographs.
How can I track my order?
As soon as your order is handed over to the courier, you'll receive an email with your tracking number and a link to follow your shipment in real time. If you can't find the email, please check your spam or junk folder.
Can I return an item?
Yes. You have 14 days from delivery to withdraw from your purchase without giving any reason, as provided by law. The item must be returned undamaged and in its original packaging. Return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility.
Exception: custom-made pieces are non-refundable, as they are produced to your specifications.
