How long will my order take to arrive?
Pieces in stock at the workshop ship within 24–48 hours of your order. Once the package is on its way, delivery takes 3–5 business days in Italy via tracked express courier. Europe takes 5–8 days, and the rest of the world (USA, UK, Japan, Australia…) 7–15 days depending on the destination.
How do I know I'm buying a one-of-a-kind piece and not a mass-produced copy?
Every piece comes with a numbered certificate of authenticity, signed by the Maestro and bearing the mark of Bottega Capuano (in business since 1840). It states the Maestro's name, the year, the technique, and the materials. Underneath the base you'll find the work's sequential number engraved. It's your guarantee that you own a one-of-a-kind piece, not a cast, not a print.
How much does shipping cost?
– Italy: €8.90, free on orders over €59
– Sardinia: €12.90, free on orders over €99
– European Union: from €9.90 (Austria and Germany) to €18.90, free on orders over €149
– Islands and special territories (Balearics, Canaries, Azores, Madeira…): €49.90
– Non-EU (Switzerland, UK, Norway): €39.90, duties and VAT included
– Rest of the world (USA, Canada, Japan, Australia…): €99.90
For the rest of the world, any customs duties, local VAT, or import taxes are the recipient's responsibility, according to the regulations of the destination country.

Are the colors exactly like the photos?
Every piece is hand-painted: tiny differences in tone and shading are inevitable, and they're the signature of a truly handmade work. The photos faithfully represent the style and level of detail, but your piece will have a personality all its own. That's exactly what makes it unique.
Can I return an item?
Yes. You have 14 days from delivery to withdraw from your purchase without giving any reason, as provided by law.
The piece must be returned undamaged and in its original packaging. Return shipping is at the buyer's expense.
Exception: custom-commissioned pieces are non-refundable, as they are made to your specifications.
What payment methods do you accept?
Credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Klarna with interest-free payment in 3 installments. All payments are protected by certified encryption.
