IL RITO DI ATTIVAZIONE

Qui si entra nel territorio della tradizione orale. Le regole codificate sono tre.

Il corno non si compra per sé. Deve essere ricevuto in dono: nel gesto del regalo passano le intenzioni positive di chi lo offre. Senza quel passaggio l'oggetto resta inerte.

L'attivazione tramite puntura. Chi regala il corno punge leggermente con la punta il palmo della mano sinistra di chi lo riceve. Questa pratica non ha attestazione storica documentata: è una codificazione orale recente, oggi diffusissima nelle botteghe e nei racconti familiari.

La protezione degli ambienti. Per casa, ufficio o auto, la punta del corno sfiora la soglia d'ingresso tre volte, dall'interno verso l'esterno, come a spazzare via le energie indesiderate. Se il corno si rompe non porta sfortuna: significa che ha svolto il suo compito. La tradizione popolare suggerisce di lavarlo e gettarlo, oppure di interrarlo in una pianta.

The lucky horn 𝒅𝒆𝒗𝒆 𝒆𝒔𝒔𝒆𝒓𝒆 𝒓𝒆𝒈𝒂𝒍𝒂𝒕𝒐 and 𝒂𝒕𝒕𝒊𝒗𝒂𝒕𝒐 with 𝒖 𝒏 𝒓𝒊𝒕𝒐: whoever gives it must “𝒑𝒖𝒏𝒈𝒆𝒓𝒆” with the tip of the horn the 𝒑𝒂𝒍𝒎𝒐 𝒅𝒆𝒍𝒍𝒂 𝒎𝒂𝒏𝒐 𝒔𝒊𝒏𝒊𝒔𝒕𝒓𝒂 of those who receive it.

This first contact allows the horn to recognize the owner and 𝒂𝒔𝒔𝒐𝒓𝒃𝒊𝒓𝒆 the owner surround.

When the horn is saturated with negative energies it will break. Once broken it must be washed and either thrown away or buried in a plant.

if, however, you intend to keep it at home, to protect it from the negative influences of people who frequent it, it is essential to rub the tip of the horn on the door and then hang it at the entrance.
